Meet Our Trainer

My name is Sadia Baloch — and I want to be honest with you from the very beginning.

I was not always the fit, confident gym owner you might picture when you visit this website. Six years ago, I was the complete opposite. I was overweight, low on energy, and embarrassed about my body. Getting up from the couch felt like an effort. I avoided mirrors. I kept telling myself — “I’ll start tomorrow.” But tomorrow kept moving further away.

The Wake-Up Call

It was not one big moment. It was a slow buildup of small ones. Feeling out of breath climbing stairs. Waking up every morning with lower back pain and sore knees. Watching my energy disappear before the day even started.

The injuries did not come from sports or accidents. They came from years of doing nothing. That was the moment I finally said: enough.

My First Day at the Gym

When I first walked into a gym, I had no idea what I was doing. I used machines with wrong form, picked up weights that were too heavy, and got injured within weeks. I sat at home thinking: maybe this just is not for me.

But I did not quit. I just got smarter. I found the right guidance, learned how to move properly, and slowly the results started coming. Not just physically. My energy came back. My confidence came back. I started feeling like myself again for the first time in years.

The Turning Point

The real shift happened when I stopped guessing and started learning. I studied how the body actually responds to training — how progressive overload works, why rep speed matters, how recovery is just as important as effort in the gym.

Once I understood the fundamentals, everything clicked. The results that had felt impossible before became predictable. I lost the weight. I built strength. I got my life back.

And I knew I could not keep that to myself.

From Student to Trainer to Gym Owner

I earned my FISAF certification and started coaching real people — people who reminded me exactly of where I had been six years ago. Beginners who had no idea where to start. People who had been training for years but were stuck. People recovering from injuries who thought their best days were behind them.

Every single one of them reminded me why this work matters.

Six years into this journey, I own and run Fit Bit Gym — where I coach clients in person every day. In those six years, I have personally guided hundreds of clients through their fitness journeys. That real-world experience — not textbooks, not theory — is what drives every article and recommendation on ExerciseMenu.com.

Why I Built This Website

Fit Bit Gym lets me help people face to face. But I kept thinking about everyone else — the millions of people searching the internet for fitness advice they can actually trust, with no trainer standing next to them to correct their form or answer their questions.

I built ExerciseMenu.com for those people.

Every article on this site is written with one question in mind: “Would this have actually helped me when I was struggling?” If the answer is no, it does not go on this site. No filler. No generic advice. Just practical, honest guidance from someone who has lived it — and spent six years helping others live it too.
