Vacation Circuit Training Workout for the Hotel Room

You are on “vacay!” Relax… Forget about work… Enjoy your family and friends… Don’t worry about anything… Depending on how long your vacation is, you may want to squeeze in a quick workout in your hotel room. Often, we put working out on the back burner, but think of it this way…. You want to look your best on your vacation! So, don’ kill yourself with a challenging workout. Instead, knock out this quick vacation workout in your hotel room, so you can stay at your prime.

Perform as many reps as you can for each exercise for 2 minutes. Just do one round if you want a 10 minute workout. Repeat the circuit if you want a 20 minute workout. No equipment needed.

Squat with Calf Raises – Click to view the video

A great exercise to warm up most of the muscles in your body.

Muscles Worked: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, calves.

Push Ups or (Modified) Push Ups – Click to view the video

A classic, super-effective upper body exercise.

Muscles Worked: Pectorals, triceps, biceps, shoulders.

Pilates Crunch – Click to view the video

Tighten up those abs!

Muscles Worked: Abdominal muscles, back muscles.

Tricep Dips – Click to view the video

Use your chair or bed.

Muscles Worked: Triceps.

Back and Forth Lunges – Click to view the video

Alternate legs. Feel the burn…

Muscles Worked: Glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, core muscles.

Repeat for a full 20 minute workout!
