Tough Arm Challenge Pyramid Workout Routine

Every now and then you need to step outside of your workout zone and challenge yourself with a tough workout. Face it… You won’t get anymore stronger, anymore toned, or anymore ripped without pushing yourself to the limits every now and then, and this workout promises to do just that. While this workout is difficult, you will definitely feel an immediate stress relief after, and notice improvements in your muscle tone in the coming days.

This workout is in the Pyramid Format view this video to find out how to perform the Pyramid Workout.

Start with 12 in each set. Then, 11, 10, 9, 8, …..1. Then, finish your last set with 13 reps. Do as fast as you can.

  1. Squat Shoulder Press (Dumbbells)
  2. Curl and Delts (Dumbbells)
  3. Reverse Crunch
  4. Push Ups
  5. Tricep Dips
  6. Reverse Flys (Dumbbells)
  7. Pilates Crunch
  8. Front- Shoulder Raise (Dumbbells)
