How to Perform the Twisted Back Stretch

Stretch
Sit down on the mat. Bend one leg so that the sole of the foot rest flat on the ground. Take your foot and place it on the other side of your leg. Take the elbow that is on the same side as the foot with the sole flat on the ground and place it on the other side of your knee. stretch as much as tolerated.

Tips
Avoid the temptation to overstretch. A stretch should be a “comfortable pull.”
