Before Vacation 20-Minute Circuit Workout Routine

Two reasons why you should get in a good workout before your vacation:

1) You want to look your best! Chances are you are going someplace warm and wearing as little as possible. Tone up your legs, arms and abs to turn heads wherever your destination may be. Even better, getting in a good workout will make you feel confident and improve your self-esteem as you will be outside of your element.

2) You will workout during your vacation, but your workout may not be quite as intense. You are planning to do the Vacation Workout for the Hotel Room, but it isn’t quite as challenging as your usual home or gym workouts. So, get in an good workout the morning of or the day before you travel. Here is your before vacation 500 rep workout:

Perform each exercise for 90 seconds. Finish all of the exercises, take a one-minute break, and then repeat. If you are using a heavy weight to build muscle, move at a slower pace. If you are using a lighter weight, you may go at a faster pace to build endurance.
