Workout Routine for the Holidays

Getting caught up in the holiday madness can make you easily forget to complete your workout routines. Honestly, I am behind on mine, which inspired me to write this article. I don’t know what it is, but the comfort of the season just gets to ya to the point where watching Christmas movies, spending time with family and friends and buying and wrapping gifts is all I want to do.

But my conscience keeps telling me to “get your 500 reps or 20-minutes of exercise today!” Now the only way I can truly relax is to knock out this workout routine… In the end, I know I will be glad I did. Besides, this can be the first step to starting off the new year on the right foot!

Knock out this workout routine with me so we can all feel much better about ourselves during this joyous time of the year.

Do 50 or 100 reps of each exercise. Take as much time as you need, but try to get through it as fast as possible.

Straight and simple.
